
Presentation/Marketing Folders can important in sending an air of professionalism.
When a client opens an account, agrees to a contract, or you provide them with many documents, having a folder with your information for them to hold to organize those documents shows professionalism. Not only does it show you care for their convenience, it also gives you a way to market your company/services. Where having a folder with all your company information is great for marketing, it’s also a lot better than a staple or paperclip when keeping their important documents together.





Most folders are 9″ x 12″ in size. The two flaps can be given a ‘business card cut’ where it allows you or an employee/salesman to include their business card on the flap for particular contact information. Depending on preference, the inside can also have printing. (Color or a b/w print.) They can be matte, gloss, and various thickness and styles can be provided if needed.
